Key Selection Criteria for Directors:

• Passion for the Industry: We seek individuals who are dedicated to enhancing the profile and sustainability of the floor covering industry.
• Commitment to Best Practice: Nominees should demonstrate a strong commitment to industry best practices and continuous improvement.
• Addressing Skills Shortages: Directors of the FCIA must be proactive in addressing the skills shortages within our industry.

Eligibility: Nominees must be current members of the FCIA and represent one or more of the following sectors:

• Manufacturers/Suppliers
• Commercial Contractors
• Retailers
• Industry Associations or Stakeholders

If you are passionate about making a difference and driving positive change, we encourage you to nominate yourself or a fellow member. Together, we can build a stronger, more sustainable future for the floor covering industry.

New directors are elected at the FCIA Annual General Meeting on 7 November 2024.

Nominations close 5pm on 30 September 2024.
