In a relaxed chat in the "Underlay" podcast hosted by FCIA member Clever Choice, Fiona highlighted the outstanding interest in the Females in Flooring initiative, being launched at High Teas in Melbourne and Sydney.
She also explains the significant impact FCIA has made in raising awareness in flooring apprenticeships resulting in a grant from the South Australian Government to create 20 apprenticeships in SA.
